Aroma of malt, anise, lots of liquorice, cough drops, hint of chocolate. Flavour is rather sweet. Well made, but a bit too much liquorice and anise for my taste.

Aroma of roasted malt, milk chocolate, coffee, hint of liquorice. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet with a moderate roasty bitter finish. Not a huge Imperial Stout, but definitely well-rounded and smooth enjoyable drinker.

Aroma of smoke, malt, some oak, sherry, hint of plums, dried fruits, hint of vanilla. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet with a light bittersweet finish. I wouldn’t say this is a Barley Wine, but whatever it is it’s definitely a good Smoked beer.

Aroma of dark malts, some coffee, rye bread, fruity notes, roast, hint of chocolate, hops. Flavour is light to moderate sweet with a medium bitter finish. Rather mild but good BIPA, another solid beer from Pampus.

Aroma of tropical fruits, citrus, malt, floral notes, some caramel, a little pine, fresh hops. Flavour is light sweet with a medium bitter finish. Great carbonation, perfect drinkability. Excellent IPA, best Pampus so far.

Bottle at home. Aroma of malt, citrus, tropical fruits, floral, yeast, a spicy note, hops. Flavour is moderate sweet with a dry medium bitter finish. Body is medium, pleasant carbo. Excellent balance, tasty Belgian IPA. It just works on all levels.

Bottle at home. Aroma of malt, smoke, wheat. Flavour is slightly sourish with a hint of bitterness in the finish. Body is light. Does not have much depth, but this is an easily drinkable smoked wheat ale.

Bottle at home. Aroma of liquorice, spices, malt, clove, candy sugar, herbal, cinnamon, hint of dark fruits. Flavour is quite sweet with a hint of bitterness in the finish. Body is medium to full. Huge spicy herbal liquorice ’winter warmer’, not generally my kind of beer but this one is well-made and enjoyable.

Bottle at home. Aroma is dark malt, coffee, fruity hops, citrus, notes of chocolate, light roast. Flavour is moderate sweet and over moderate bitter. Body is medium, finish is dry. Leans towards Black IPA, but it’s still primarily a hopped Stout. Smooth one.
