Tap at Cafe Gijs. Dark cloudy golden, offwhite lacing cream. Umami, souplike and flowey, perfumed aroma. Medium to full, body, flowery, soapy, certainly getting chamomile flower infused notes (dont remember what daisies taste like) a bit of a surprise if you don’t expect it to be a flowerbeer, but allright in the end, for some reason I am getting flashes of being trapped in a LUSH shop in the end.

Bottle 33cl. @home poured into teku glass. Murky deep amber colour, small soapy beige head, mostly diminishing, light lacing. Aroma roasted malt, caramel, coffee, cocoa powder. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, caramel, brown sugar, chocolate notes. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, malty sweet and slightly bitter aftertaste, sugary, nice.

Dark brown with thin head. Starts with a bit of brown sugar sweetness but then gets awfully grassy. Not a pleasant aroma. Taste is ok though.

Lichte body.
