375ml bottle from Sophie's Beer Store. Cracked as the first beer on Christmas Afternoon whilst cooking a Salmon Wellington. Hazed pink complexion, good off-white head. Sharp, marvellously fruity, flavoursome with lovely wild lambic elements, great wild aroma. Excellent framboise.

N.Y Eve 2022. 75cl @ Find your own beats. Pours hazy Golden with a diminishing White head. Overripe jammy peach. Funk and Wood with a touch of sulphur. Jammy, dry and funky throughout. Bone dry finish. Very Nice.

375mm bottle, lot between 2019 and 2020 (label not marked). 7% ABV. Slightly unclear deep, blood red body under a moderate sized pale pink head. Aroma is dominated by cherry and acidity, moderate funk/farmhouse and others. Taste is rather acidic with lots of cherry, cherry skin, mild wood, light funky and some almond. Medium body and sour cherry aftertaste with vinegar finish. Nice but I have tasted better Kriek from this brewery.

Hazy pale golden color with medium white head. Aroma: funk - lots of, bitemun, tartness kinda wild. Taste: funky, vinous, wet cellar, tart. Medium body, low carbonation, low bitterness. Great, tasty, unique.

Shared at BBT december 2022. Golden color with white head. Nice aroma of lemon, bayrnard, yeast, earthy notes, malt, oranges in finish. Taste is gentle sour, yeast, bayrnard, wsrry notes, lime, oranges, apricots. Nice one.

Bottle: Poured a yellow color lambic with a small foamy head with limited retention and light lacing. Aroma of tart notes with some nice plum notes and light tart funky ester. Taste is a mix of tart notes with some plum notes with some funky ester and light acidity. Body is full for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable fruited lambic with nice plum notes.
