S - Very grape forward, touch of vinegar and pear...acetic notes.

T - Very acidic tart sour almost harsh boozy medicinal. Very tart, cherry and woody

M - Thick, boozy and a dry finish

O - This is an interesting beer but like most american wild ales, I just don’t like it.

Thank you Amber for the bottle!
This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a nice looking glazed over amber to red color with a fair fingered white slightly foamy head quickly dieing to a stringinesss glossing all over the beer.
The smell had a slight charred robust maybe somewhat sweet kind of blackberry to cherry sort of maybe even a slight raspberry trying to come in slightly.
The taste was slightly sour but maintained a good balance to the sweet that I wanted. Ha, its there and was what I was hoping for.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fairly somewhat decent sessionability about it.
Overall, well, I think this could be do-able. I didn’t get a big blackberry note, but hey, alright, hey honestly just an okay beer.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out rustic farmhouse notes, some floral notes and faint licorice. Flavour is bretty and juicy, with rustic notes, light fruitiness, and funk. Moderate complexity, with perhaps too much fruitiness. Still, very nice stuff.
