Bottle @ RBWG. Pours a cloudy yellow appearance with a white head. Tons of dusty, hay loft, barn aroma. Slight tangerine, cracker aroma. Pretty juicy. Moderately tart. Big lemon / hay flavor. Kind of cool but I think I like some other Side Project releases. Still fun.

Bottle at RBWG Asheville Grand Tasting. Pours hazy yellow with a wispy white foam head. Nice tangy aroma, lightly lactic, some lemons and pale malts. Light sweet flavor, airy, some lovely tart lemons, straw. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Lovely tart finish, lots of citric lemons, light doughy bread. Superlative stuff. Excellent.

Bottle @ RBWG Fart Share. Pours a thick black appearance with a tiny head. A bunch of coconut, vanilla, and chocolate in the nose. Some whiskey offered. Kind of twangy, tart fruity, boozy rich chocolate flavor. A lot going on but I’m not sure I’m a huge fan.

Oily black, no head. There’s a ton of raisin and cocoa on the nose. Vanilla and figs as well. this beer starts with a big chocolate, oaky and espresso taste. like this starts insanely nice. In the middle, the raisin and tawny port picks up and the finish is no chocolate and it’s a boozy port wine with sweet herbal notes and sort of falls flats. Man, this beer starts so great It’s redeemed a bit on a heavy mouth swish. Insanely sweet but too sweet considering the ABV. IDK

Appearance is the same as #2 with lacto. Nose is a bit more tart, grassy and floral. still has a band-aid taste to it. I guess it’s a bit better than the lacto version.
