TCBW2026. Pitch black colour, not much of a head. Aroma is nicely chocolaty with some rye, mild vanilla, liquorce as well as some slight alcohol sweetness too. Flavour is quite similar to the aroma, but also has dried fruits and some figs to it.

2020 vintage Draught at the brewery, 9/30/23. Deep, dark, jet black and viscous. No head. Rich, fruity, juicy, prominent coconut with dense fudgey malts. Sweet, sugary, fruity and massively fudgey with intense coconut. Ultra-concentrated flavors are authentic and well-done but it comes at high price with so much God damned sugar. Very decadent and dessert-like. Can't drink more than a few sips. Not alcoholic. Clean.

Blend 9, March 2020, draught at the brewery 12/26/22. Good clarity, peach-bronze-maize. Large white head slowly to ring. Lovely grains, light Brett and soft, but moderately strong oak. Low fruitiness but tons of plastery/waxy saison character with light black pepper. Hint of unripe peach skin on the end. Clean, no alcohol. Soft and wheaty, chewy and nicely attenuated with rounded, but prevalent oak. Lovely stone fruit and good but not strong acidity on the end. If you told me there was apricot in this I'd believe you, which is cool. I like how strong the saison character is. And the stone fruit. And the mild oak. Crazy that this is only 4%
