Bottle @ Perennial during RBSG. Pours a hazy golden orange appearance with a white head. Lemon citrus, mild funk, a bit peppery, lightly lactic nose. The flavor was dry, refreshing, and subtlety fruity. Some apricot / pear notes. A bit of must / cobweb and just a hint of cheese. Pretty fucken cool brew.

Bottle @ Perennial during RBSG. Pours a hazy yellow orange appearance with a thin white head. Aroma had some tropical fruit, pineapple, guava, peach, lemon along with some funk and even a note of cheese. More funk and cheese in the flavor. Twangy, tart flavor with peach / apricot notes. A touch of oak, hay, and cobwebs. Finishes dry. Really fun beer to try.

Bottle - Sour lemon and a bit of funk. Hazy orange with a frothy white head. Muddled sour notes with a woody background. This was my least favorite and I don’t think age would help. I think the Flanders Red is the culprit.

Bottle - Sour lemon, apple and the funk. Hazy gold with a bubbly white head. Lemon tartness up front with funky to follow. Wish for the life of me I had more time and qty to taste, as I like this one immensely.

Bottle - So much peach you can feel the fuzz. Hazy light yellow with a bubbly white head. Sour and tart peach with quite a bit of funk (I had the dregs). Great beer, but that much peach is too much for me.

Bottle - Sour cherry, roast malts and barrel notes. Jet black with a thin beige head. Sour cherry, roast malts, some vanilla and chocolate. Almost like a well done Cherry filled chocolate. Funky, sour, rich and malty make this an awesome experiment in what you can do if you are willing to try.
