Sampled on draft at Beer Run in Charlottesville, VA. Pours a hazy orange color with a medium creamy tan head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma of floral, citrus and tropical hop notes and caramel. The taste is very bitter with earthy and citrus hops, with a caramel and toasted malt finish. Medium bodied. Very nice IPA.

A golden hazy amber ale with a thick moka head. A lightly herbal malt with coriander notes, fruity esters, dryish. In mouth, a crisp grainy malt with orange peels, sweetish candy sugar. Quite nice. On tap at FĂŞte Bieres et Saveurs, Sept. 4 2009.

A deep dark stout with a thick moka head. Im aroma, pungeant chocolate and roasted coffee, nutty and creamy. In mouth, aniseed and light nutty chocolate, creamy, silky, light lactic notes, very organic, a bit light bodied, but classy. On tap at brewpub, May 9 2009.

A dark brown ale with a thin off white head. Surprising butterscotch aroma, like an Irish red, fruty and pleasant, but covering the hops aroma. In mouth, a good sweet malt with fruity esters and light British hops. Medium bodied. On tap at brewpub, May 9 2009.
