Taste like a spiced candle.
Reminds me of Newcastle Winter IPA from last year, which isn't a bad thing.

Sampled on draft at the House of 1000 Beers this beer poured a yellow-gold color with a large foamy white head that left good lacing. The aroma was tangy, vague fruity hops and a touch of tropical fruits. The flavor was tangy with vague fruity hops, faint tropical fruits, fairly bitter and somewhat dry. Medium length fruity hop finish. Medium body. Meh.

Bomber from Whole Foods Wexford, PA. Pours a clear dark red-brown color with a large creamy tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of toffee, earth, berry-like fruits. The taste is strong earthy notes, berries, toffee, herbal hops. Medium bodied.

At a BBQ: Pours golden with a white head. Aroma is bread and spices. Taste is quite spicy, wit a little bit of sweetness. Lots of lemon in the taste, along with a little hit of ginger. Kind of one dimensional in this regard, but not exactly a horrible beer. I wasn’t hankering to have another one.

Sampled on draft at the House of 1000 Beers this beer poured a very dark brown color with orange highlights and a medium sized creamy tan head that lingered and left decent lacing. The aroma was malty an sweetish with faint dark fruits, nut and wood. The flavor was malty and toasty with notes of maple, wood, honey, fig, apple and licorice. Medium length finish of maple, fig, wood and a touch of smoke. Moderately full bodied. Solid.
