My big green bottle says veronica lomska lager beer. I hope this is the right place for this rating. Pour is pale yellow but there are these little black specks floating around in there. WTF? A little scary but certainly unique. Smell is that of fresh beer with hints of mint, no lie. Initially this stuff is quite flat but there is a tad of fizz in there. Drinken this stuff is quite surprising. It easy, its good fine mild flavor, its not bitter, it hides its alky well. I am just astonished as to how good this is. Was expecting something rude like a baltic bitter thing, but no! Its simply leaves me with an open mouth, looking for more. There, you have it, one really good cheap pale lager, and it came from Lom? Forget about those black particles, they have no bearing on the enjoyability of this beer except the hypnotizing effect on the eye, hehehehh! Quaffable, could drink a few of these 17 oz brews, thank you! BTW, those black dots turn into exciting black chunks at the end of the bottle, very unappetizing. Whew.

Bottle at the flat in Sofia - picked up from Da Hapna. Pours clear honey-gold with a small, foamy white head. Medium sweet flavour with sweet pale biscuits, hay, white bread, nips of sugar. Light to medium bodied average carbonation. Finishes with hearty malt character, more sweet haircuts, a little cracked grain. Tasty overall.

Bottled 500ml. -Courtesy of Marko, shared with him & hrabren, thanks! Pale golden coloured, medium sized airy white head, not so pleasant meaty nose. Sweet malty, caramel, weak herbal, notes of meat and cardboard. Unpleasant and bad.

Had a liter of this at Miqt in Pristina. Pours a clear gold, big cap of white head. Nose is what you expect, honey, malt, bready dough. Flavors really follow. Standard lager. Finished off dry, medium bodied.

0.5 l bottle thanks to Marko who shared it with Ogi and myself. Clear golden, small off-white head. Aggressive vegetable aroma, cooked vegetable, liver paté, grainy background. Light body, moderate to high carbonation, sweet, sugary, malty, sweet corn, wet paper. Minimal bitterness, abrupt finish. Hard to drink, but goes nicely down the drain.

0.5l bottle, huge thanks Lačezar! Shared with Hrabren and Ogi. Clear golden body, lasting big white head. Skunk hits for miles from the aroma, despite the brown bottle. Odd herbal-flowery note - I see where the meaty notes the others mention might come from, but not really for me. Herbal and oddly grainy, oily taste, somehow syrupy. Tastes like an 9% industrial strong lager but without the cloying maltiness and the alcohol, weird, minerally. Just not that good of a good beer.

Bottled 500ml. -Courtesy of and shared with Marko, thanks! Unclear golden coloured, medium sized white head, corn and wet socks in the nose. Cardboard, corn, touch of herbs and sugar with short watery finish.
