Bière dégustée au restaurant de l’Aleko Hut après une randonnée dans le massif du Vitosha en Bulgarie. Robe jaune pâle cristalline, limpide, avec une belle effervescence et une mousse blanche assez fine. Nez simple, sur des malts pâles biscuités. Attaque légère, corps très léger, portée par une carbonatation vive qui apporte du peps. Finale plutôt rafraîchissante. C’est assez basique dans l’ensemble, sans grande complexité, mais parfaitement désaltérant et très agréable après une longue marche en montagne.

Bottled at PBF, thanks Robin Svensson! Clear pale golden, small head. Aroma of grain and butterscotch. Mid sweet with light body and clean mouthfeel. Grain and diacetyl. Metallic finish with low bitterness.
