From can on board Fridtjofen 18.11.20. Clear pale golden. White and quickly diminishing head. Fine IPA aroma of marmalade, grapefruit, oranges, mango and pale malt. Bitter taste and long aftertaste of grapefruit, Sevilla marmalade, pine shoots and sap. An excellent non-alcoholic beer! I would not be able to tell from neither aroma nor taste that it lacks alcohol.

500ml crowler. Pours dark brown with a small head. Aroma is pumpkin spice, bread and caramel. Taste has chocolate and pumpkin spice to start. Slightly gluey on the finish with some pumpkin spice on the aftertaste.

15/11/2020. Bottle (lockdown 2.0 takeout) from The Duke, Ipswich. As Big Drop Hazelnut Porter. Pours dark brown with a short lasting off-white head. Aroma is sweet, nutty, chocolate, malt, biscuit. Moderate sweetness and light roasted bitterness. Light to moderate body, a little watery, average carbonation. Lacked the body of their other darks, but still a decent drop.

Aroma of roasted malt, milk chocolate, caramel, biscuit, nut, dried fruits. Medium sweetness and moderate roasted bitterness. Moderate body, average carbonation. Decent drop, nicely done AF beer.

Aroma is roasted, nutty, chocolate, caramel, touch of honey, and a very slight mucky edge. Moderate sweetness and medium roasted bitterness. Good body to it, smooth texture, average carbonation. Sweet, mild, roasty finish. Very nicely done.

Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness. Light body, above average carbonation. Slightly unpleasant bitterness to finish. One of my less favoured Big Drops beers.

Bottle. Appearance - bright golden with a slightly off white head. Nose - leading with pine and lime, then caramel creeping in. Taste - pine and lime pith. A bit green and stalky. Palate - light bodied, dry and bitter through the finish. Overall - decent considering the style.
