Bottle. Deep, bright clear golden color, fizzy head that settles to champagne-like bubbles. Aroma of slightly dusty apple skins. Taste is bitter apples, dry finish. Too bitter for my taste.

0.375l corked bottle. POOF! That's a proper cork pop indeed! Almost made it to the roof. It's fizzing like I've never seen before this. Almost like pouring soda on top of soda-pop-tablets Pale blurry and golden in the looks, and it's packed with small floaters. The fizzing white top quickly fades. The nose is really oozing of cellared cork-wood. Dry floury yellow apples and some farm-like notes. Smells quite nice. Yeah, it's really aggressive on the carbonation and the mouthfeel is light and almost watery. More dry and flour-like green apples with cellar, cork and wood, salty butter, some earth and dust. Quite dry in the mouth, and it has an dry apply tartness in the finish. Actually quite a nice cider this. 28.12.2012

Bottle, 375cl corked. Bottled 2012. A clear one, golden in color and with some bubbles around the rim. The aroma is quite pleasant, with apples, apple cores, orchard notes and some grassy hints. A faint note of alcohol and spice notes too. It’s a bit dry on the palate, a bit thin maybe, but pleasant. The flavor is dominated by apples, apple cores and orchard, A really nice cider, although a bit thin. Still, it’s certainly a fine cider. 121219
