Vintage 2015. Order in Etre Gourment 22.07.2018. Coz 11 letni cydr (tak starego jeszcze nie pilem), starzony 8 lat .(moj rekord w starzeniu cydra, bo w przypadku lambickow czy imperialnych stoutow czy porterow to tylko pikus) do tego cydsr wyprodukowany metoda szmapanska. No ale przejdzmy do wrazen. Piekna zlotawa etykieta, Korek wspanialy, wypalony z odpowiednim napisem, aromat zapieczonej szarlotki z cynamonem, zalanej limonka i posypana starta skorka na drobnych oczkach. Wytrawny, zlozony, jablkowo maslany wnet smak, musujace piana opada szybko, ale w koncu to metoda szampanska tradycyjna. Wiec i ja tradycyjnie i wysoko ocenie ten szlachetny produkt pochodzacy z patriotyczno-gospodarczego podejscia mieszkancow Francji.

Many thanks for this Prestige Apple Cider to mkujon. (Marcin Kujon) Recolte 2012/Passage en fut 2013 My version from this year was 7,5%. Juz sama butelka, jej ksztalt etykieta zapowiada prestizowego cydra. Czy tak jest? otoz tak, jak najbardziej. Cudowny aromat jablkowej tarty, mnostwo szarlotki z cynamonem, wytrawne, kwaskowe jablka. Wszystko w smaku i aromacie. Wyglad po nalaniu to musujace babelki jak w najlepszym szampanie, szybko rosnaca pianka, srednio trwala. Jak na cydra to naprawde dlugo trwala. Jasne i klarowne, smakowalo jakby wlasnie bylo z osadem. Pelno jablek i to moje ciagle skojarzenie z nalesnikami z jablkami polanymi kilkoma kroplami cytryny. Wytrawne i ozezwiajace, alkohol zupelnie nie wyczuwalny. Raz jeszcze dzieki Marcin za tego fenomenalnego cydra. Wymienione za pewnego Cantillona saint Lamvinus. Nie Zaluję.

Vintage 2014. 375ml corked Bottle. From Normandy Region. Swietnie i ostro pachnie swiezymi jablkami i gruszkami. W smaku kwaskowe, wytrawne i nieco ciut octu jablkowego. Sporo tu nut drewna mokrego i wilgoci piwnicy. Pairing with Italian Pecorino cheese.

Outstanding. Rich stewed apples, autumnal spices, caramel, warming cider. Lightly chewy. A nip of oxidation. Lightly warming finish, lightly sticky. Delicious.

Bottle shared, from Épicerie fine in Crambremer. Clear golden, nice white head. Crisp apple and quince, apricot, a touch of white wine, pear, light mineral, lemon. Medium sweet, lighter sour and a soft bitter finish. Crisp medium bodied, medium dry. Very good.

Hands down the best cidre I have ever had. Gorgeous gold coloration and a sweet apple (obviously) taste. Bit of spice etc...but real real good.
