Description
Kinn Bryggeri AS was incorporated in April 2009.

Here at Kinn we create craft beers in the English and Belgian traditions based on the purest mountain water from Sagafjella. Ancient craftsmanship - open fermentation and bottle conditioning - are important to us. None of our beers are ever pasteurised or filtered, and every one of them is brewed in our two breweries in Florø. Kinn beers are available off the shelf throughout Norway, and we also export to selected countries.

Bottle, brygg 100. Pours a dark, reddish translucent, with almost no head. Aroma of a not to sweet liquorice and caramel, with some smoky notes. Flavour has a lot of chocolate and coffee, with a nice dry bitterness sticking through the finish. Bottle says best after 2013, and a couple of years will probably benefit the brew which then might be all the way up there.

Bottle. Pours a very hazy amber colour with a small off-white head. The aroma is dominated by grassy and floral hops with a lovely touch of grapefruit. Grassy hops also in the flavour along with some wood and barley. A dry ending with a balanced heavy bitternes that lasts, and slick mouthfeel. A really nice IPA with a round hoppy touch through and through.
