On tap @ Beer Temple (last bit out of the keg so very yeasty- might need a re-rate at some point). Color: brown, muddy. Beige head. Aroma’s: Yeast (I know), lactose, with retronasal also caramel, roasted malts, chocolate. Flavor is medium sweet, roasted. Light bodied. Finishes roasted and rather dry. Still very nice.

On tap @ Beer Temple. Golden to amber color, hazy. Dense white head. Aroma’s: fruit (reminiscent of Nelson Sauvin, which apparently isn’t in there), some earthy hoppiness, hint of acidity. Flavor: earthy bitter, but quite soft, slightly acidic. Light bodied. Finishes with grain and nicely bitter.

On tap @ Beer Temple. Golden blonde color, slightly hazy. White head, some lacing. Aroma’s: earthy hops, some fruit, hints of vegetables. Flavor is grainy, fruity, light bitter. Light bodied. Finishes with a nice solid bitterness.

Bottle from Vinens Verden, Odense. Almost black with a big beige head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate and a little dusty. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and roasted moderate bitter finish. Carbonation is a bit to the high side. 251112
