Pint can pours with a deep dark colored body that has thin dark mahogany hues and supports a full mocha head of foam. The aroma offers up a blend of dark roasted malts, dark chocolate malts and bourbon booze followed by a dash of fruity esters, kettle caramelization and then more booze and bourbon. The taste delivers smooth slick modestly malt sweetened velvety dark chocolate and dark roasted malts rushing towards a wall of supple smooth bourbon and a bit of boozy heat. To midway it picks up a flash of esters and a growing dark chocolate goodness. This is bangin' with balance, depth, richness and sipping perfection.

Pint can pours with a murky deep red mahogany colored body that supports a thin white head of foam. The aroma offers up inviting notes of bourbon barrel, prune enhanced sherry, a dash of chocolate and then vanilla. The taste delivers a smooth blend of bourbon, reduced sugar caramel notes, plums and a bit of dates. To midway it picks up modest notes of chocolate and sweet vanilla. I'm digging the sipping pleasure provided here but it does thin out a tad near midway making for an interesting experience.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Hazy orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. The pale malts are slightly on the thin side, but a decent sweetness. Crisp cooling pine. Light ripe citrus, a little peel. A decent mango vibe underneath but, quite ripe. Tidy dipa. Not going to remember anything about this in 48 hours.

Can at home, from Craft Beer Central.ie, 06/05/24. Hazed orange with a good sized lasting white head that thins to a swirl in time. Nose is bitter orange, crisp malts, grass, papaya, mandarin, light stoned fruits. Taste comprises orange peel, mango sorbet, pine needle, passionfruit, pineapple, grapefruit, sticky tropicana. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness. Decent easy drinking DIPA.

50cl bottle pours with a mahogany colored body that supports a full deep tan head of foam. The aroma offers up full up date to fig to over ripe plum like fruity esters as well as murmurs of caramel, brown sugar and booze. The taste feels far too easy to crush as I initially get just smooth modest sweet fruity esters surrounded by a brief thin booziness. Upon deeper inspection I get plum to fig to date like sweet fruity esters dusted with brown sugar. To midway it picks up some mild sweet caramel, molasses and then modest booziness. This is smooth and integrated but only modestly deep and complex, which can be fine. Nice sipper.

Pint can pours with a murky mahogany colored body that supported a somewhat short lived dark tan head of foam. The aroma offers up cinnamon dredged plum and date fruitiness followed by a sense of pie crust, vanilla and a bit of boozy barrel character. The taste delivers similar notes with cinnamon dusted sweet plum, fig and date followed closely by a thin layer of luscious vanilla and then a pie crust sensation. Into the finish the barrel treatment bubbles to the surface with soft sweet bourbon, a bit of whiskey and boozy heat to add a counter to the desert nature of this solid sipper.
