Bottle. Creamy White good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and buturic flowery aroma. Light sour totally weird flavor. Average finish. One of the weirdest beers I have ever tried. Some sour notes especially the finish.

Nice slightly bubbly mediumlasting head. Aroma is very fresh citrusy, lots of yuzu, soda powder, sorrel, sour socks, unripe berries, oak. Taste is dry citrusy, yuzu, sorrel, oak, hay, grass, unripe berries. Medium bitterness, dry citrusy mouthfeel. Very nice, even though it’s far from the lovely yuzu bomb MAD Beer Sur.

Taste is acidic sour, raw rhubarb, sorrel, unripe berries, oak, grass, lemon, citrus peel, something indescribable sweet fruitiness. Medium bitterness, nice dry acidic mouthfeel. Very nice!
