Bottle at GBG Ö&W 2014. Hazy golden/orange with a small white head. This beer is a bit hard to describe. Plums, nuts, wood, grape and some grass. Also some cherries in the dry finish. Not that tart. Not a bad one but neither the best one of the three beers from OWA that I tried in Gothenburg.

Pours dark and foamy. Looks like a stout but feels somewhat thinner and more flowing. Taste reveals the sourness of this beer - it has sour, fermented fruits, feels like a cider but not sweet at all. Besides well balanced sourness, I can also feels some roast, dried fruits. For some reason there is a hint of bee wax in the otherwise roast malt aftertaste. Very complex and multi-layered beer, soft but assertive.

Very dark brown color, almost black. Rocky light brown head. Moderately sour with red wine, toffee, tannic nose. Very interesting. The mouth is very light for 8%, notes of milk chocolate, red wine, toffee. Very well integrated and balanced. Never too sweet. Lingering sour finish with some red wine notes with toffee.

2013er Version - Bottle 980/1200. Orange in the glass, slightly hazy. The nose is lambic-sour with hints of wood and very nice floral citrus aroma. The beer starts very tart and sour - full of flavour. Lots of fresh lemon (never tried yuzu before), as if you bite into the whole fruit! And this together with the sour and woody bod of this lambic. Thereby smooth! The aftertaste is long - intensive lemon-sour with a great fresh aromatic together with a smooth, slightly wooden lambic-body. Nice smooth horse blanket in the aftertaste. The fresh lemon aroma remains long and extremely deep in flavour in the mouth.
An absolute great beer. Full of aroma, smooth and fresh! --> 15/12/15/15

Bottle. Hazy orange liquid with small to medium white head. Aroma of lemon peel, horseblanket, apples, leather and grapefruit. Taste is dry and light to medium sour with notes of lemon peel, apples and light sweet lime. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Really nice.

Bottled at Pressklubben, Stockholm. Almost clear golden, small head. Huge piney citrus aroma with loads of yuzu. Mildly acidic eith underlying sweetness. Tangerine peels and lemon hides most of the lambic character. Wuite notable stale bitter finish.

Bottled at Pressklubben, Stockholm. Clear golden, mid sized head. Funky aroma of lemon, horseblanket and hay. Mildly acidic with an underlying malt sweetness. The cherry blossom is subtle. Some light stale hop bitterness.
