75 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is herbal, citrusy, barnyard and lemonish. Lemonish, barnyard and citrusy. Smooth fruity and citrusy into the finish.

2013er version - 5.5%, 37,5cl.
Golden and hazy in the glass, sweet-sourish lambic-aroma in the nose. The lambic startsvery dry and sourish - not as sweet as the nose pretends. In the mainpart there is sour plum, together with a rough tartness of the lambic. Nice horse-blanket aroma and the sour plums in the background. The aftertaste is long, sour-fruity, (green?) plums, tart horse-blanket, and citrus-like lambic.
A great combination and a nice lambic! --> 14/12/13/13

Bottle @ Christian. Olympiakos - Man U. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Soapy nose. Flowers and soap. A bit of fruit. Funky and dry. Odd - yet quite drinkable.

Beer & Ball Champions League night. Olympiakos - Manchester United. hazy golden with a lasting white head. Strong and perfumed citrus aroma, leaving room for little else, except maybe a little funk. Dry and tart flavour, very dominated by citrus - somewhat artificial with all that citrus

Beer & Ball Champions League night. Olympiakos - Manchester United. Hazy red golden with a lasting white head. Aroma of cherry and wood, with some earthy funk and grass. Dry and tart flavour with funk, wood and cherry. Earthy character that is a bit different than other lambiks

Bottle @ Christian. Olympiakos - Man U. Pours murky amber with bubbles on top. Nose is earth, dust, manuer and perfumey flowers. A small note of almonds (which I’m not a fan of). Dry and funky flavor.

Bottle @ Christian. Olympiakos - Man U. Pours hazy golden with a small white head. Nose is extremely earthy and dusty - reminescent of oxidation. Tart and very dry flavor. Some plum and dark fruit.

33cl Bottle from Hopduvel Gent. Ruby-black colour, beige head. Aroma of berries, wood, burnt caramel, dark fruits, a bit Flemish Red-like minus the sourness, chocolate and a hint of coffee, metal. Flavour is sweet, malty, aspartam, wood, light tartness, dark fruits, light metallic, some coffee, alcohol. Medium-bodied, over-carbonated. Not great, and far from a stout imho.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity woody tart aroma with weak hints of plum. Fruity sour tart weak woody plum flavor. Has a fruity sour tart funky plum finish.
