Hazy pale amber colour, good frothy off-white head, half-way lasting, light lacing. Aroma toasted malts, grain, straw. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, grainy, earthy, some caramel. Malty sweetbitter aftertaste, medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, kind of rough beer but okay.

Cask @ Salopian, the pub. Pours a clear amber, creamy white head. Aroma has grapefruit, sweet malt. Taste is a little oily smooth with a nice sweet malt character, low bitterness, grapefruit hints. Nice.

[ As Gower Gold ].Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, cookie, biscuit malt, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, biscuit malt, pale malt.
