Can at home. Hazy dusty orangy color, average sized white head. Aroma and flavor is malts, dusty a bit, nicely hoppy, hoppy bitters, lightly sticky. Alright.

Sweet, but not overly so, which is a relief. Offers a mix of dark chocolate, fudge, bitter chocolate, espresso, anise, and molasses. Finishes on a touch of decadence, with lingering brownie batter notes and boozy warmth. Texture is an issue; very thin for this big of a stout, and the lack of carbonation doesn’t help. Good; could be better.

Silver & blue can for a couple of bucks at vintage in boardman. Nose is somewhat farmy, but not overly so. Thin scummy head. Nice initial flavors, very wild character. Good sizzle as well. Goes down really easy, quite friendly and tart. Much better than expected. I was thinking it was going to be a slightly tart NEIPA but it has very little prevalent hops and I am so glad of that! Orfee, I think you got a winner here. Satisfying overall very good beer drinking experience. I need to get another few cans of this stuff. On the finish, I do detect a slight background of processed ale feel in there but it never distracts from the overall enjoyability of this wild brew. Thanks Orpheus.
