This was a surprising sample. 2 fitty for this can at vintage. Has somewhat refreshing saison nose. First taste impression is rather civilized & enjoyable. I'm liking this right off the bat. It seems to lack any of the ruder domestic saison attributes I've come to know over the years. This stuff is much more on target with the real stuff from the old country french farms, no lie. Fairly good lively carbonation as well. Yes, a really good example of a well made saison, definitely. Good middle, no ill characters that I can find. At the end, I wonder why its gone already. Great mellow finish with a tad of realistic fruit. Nothing artificial in this one. Ends with a hint of that nifty peppery feeling you get with the best of the saisons. Right up there with De Garde Petit Desay, Fantôme Printemps & Jolly Pumpkin Bam Bière, good competition. Overall a very good much better than expected beer tasting experience. Another good beer for the big O. Thanks Orphie.

The aromas are a blend of hops and caramel malt. Flavors are similar to nose but nothing remarkable. Bittersweet decent body carbonation slightly bitter finish. Drinkable.

Lots of tart berry, followed by a thick swath of vanilla and lactose, before growing a mild citrus pith bitterness on the finish. Not big on sweet or tart IPAs, and this pint pushes the berries and cream way more than the IPA side.

Pours a hazy light yellow with a small, fizzy, white head. It's particularly effervescent. It has a tart, funky aroma. The flavor is moderately tart with sweet malt and citrus flavors. Light and bubbly. I'm not really getting plum. It's pretty good though.

Clear copper pour. There's a good, citrusy, hop heavy aroma. The flavor is full of tropical fruit accented hops with resin and a solid malt body. Delicious IIPA.

Pours a hazy amber and smells of bourbon, vanilla, and sour malt. The flavor is sour and malty with ample bourbon, vanilla, and more subtle coffee and as odd as it sounds, it all blends together really well. Somewhat surprisingly, it's a delicious combination.

Dark brown color. Bourbon aroma and a smooth, sweet, bourbon flavor. No bitterness.

Hazy yellow with thick head. Vanilla aroma. Taste of sweet and tart pineapple juice with a quick vanilla finish. Could use more acidity.

Can at home. Hazy dusty orangy color, average sized white head. Aroma and flavor is malts, dusty a bit, nicely hoppy, hoppy bitters, lightly sticky. Alright.
