On tap at the Porter. Milky yellow color, with a big, fluffy, white head. The aroma is subtle citrus and floral notes, wheat, horse blanket, and a not insignificant funk, with some light lacto character. Sweet, but with a nice tartness and bitterness that meld to make a pleasant, blended flavor. Light to medium body, acidic, sticky, and creamy. Overall, this is a nice, funky, mellow saison, with a lot of character and subtlety.

12 oz. can. Slightly hazy gold color, with a big, foamy, head and good lacing. Lemons and wheat up front, with some notes of pepper, white grapes light cheese, and pine resin. Nice, clean, fruity sweetness up front, with a good hop bitterness in the finish. Light to medium body, sticky, and thick. Overall, this is a surprisingly nice saison, with good complexity and reasonably good balance.

Sample at the Brookhaven Beer Growler. Pours hazy yellow, with a medium, white head. The aroma is lemon zest, hay, a light earthiness, mango, and just a touch of lacto. Citrusy sweetness, and a little tart. Light to medium body, very acidic, crisp, and dry. This is a very nice, complex saison, with an excellent palate, and good, refreshing flavor.

Sample at the Brookhaven Beer Growler. Pours dark brown, with a thin head. The nose is figs, first and foremost, with some molasses, sour cherries, minerals, and a little pine. Sweet and fruity up front, with a very mild tartness. Medium body, acidic, smooth, with a clean finish. Overall, this is a very unique and tasty beer. The figs are aggressive, and not my thing normally, but this is done well.

Sample at Ale Yeah! Pours hazy yellow, with a big, frothy, white head. The aroma is hay and barnyard, lemon zest, bread, and a little banana, coriander, and vanilla. Very mellow flavor, with an easy sourness, balanced nicely with a touch of hop bitterness. Light body, crisp, and acidic. Overall, this is a pretty nice saison, with everything done in moderation, but done well. Subtle, refreshing, and pretty complex.
