Can. Lightly funky nose, lemon and crackers, a bit of booze, and dry. Slightly sweet flavor, pears, peaches, rather dry, crisp, with light bitterness. Good stuff.

Can. Nose is plums, spicy yeast, lactic acid, creamy wheat. Pale yellow color, almost pastel. Tart plums, like Japanese ume, wheaty crackers, lemon. Crispa nd light, with tangy fruit. Very nice.

Bourbon Barrel Aged version, on tap at the brewery. Black color, with a small, brown head. Nose is molasses, black bread, toffee, bittersweet chocolate, black pepper, and some anise and chicory. Very sweet, with a light, spicy bitterness. Very heavy body, syrupy, a little chalky, thick, creamy, with a small bite. This beer is outstanding! Brilliant, complex, and very pleasant aroma. The alcohol isn’t so much hidden, as showcased. Luxurious mouthfeel.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy, pale yellow, with a big, frothy, white head. Aroma of salt crackers, lemon, biscuits, some light berries. Very tart, with some nice, citrusy sweetness. Light to medium body, crisp, and very acidic. Clean finish. This is a light, refreshing, and very flavorful beer. Very impressed.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a light bronze color, with a small, beige head. The nose is peach, tangerine, light earth, pine, and some breadiness. Sweet and malty, with a strong, smooth, and pleasant bitterness. Medium to heavy body, relatively smooth, velvety, and clean. This is a nice, mellow, well balanced DIPA. Nice!

Sample at the brewery. Clear, golden color, with a small, off-white head. Nose is orange juice, yogurt, hay, and some pepper. Sweet, with a sharp sour character. Medium body, sharp, lightly acidic, and fairly clean. This is a solid sour, but nothing too special.

Poured from a can dated 2/24/15. Aroma has a moderate malt note to it with some cracker, biscuit and caramel. Moderate hop notes of grapefruit and resin. Some medium light alcohol notes. Some light orange notes. Pours a hazy, orange with some slight copper hues and a medium sized, fairly thick, slightly off white head. Light lacing and moderate legs. Flavor has a medium light sweetness with moderate malt notes of cracker, biscuit and caramel. More caramel than I would like but it’s probably necessary to hide the alcohol. Medium high bitterness with quite a bit of grapefruit and pine resin. Some light stone and tropical fruit notes with some orange. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Light astringency and medium light alcohol warmth. Overall, an alright beer with some sweetness and a bit of honey. I would say it doesn’t have enough hops though. The alcohol is well hidden.
