Sampled from bottle at ’Beertemple’ during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2016, courtesy of Travlr, thanks a lot Gene! Slightly hazy, straw yellow with a white head. Slightly sourish, fruity and a little sweetish aroma of wheat, peach, straw and some citrus. Sourish-fruity, slightly grassy taste of straw, wheat, peach and some citrus, followed by a medium long, moderately tart and a little grassy finish. Thin to medium body, moderately astringent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!
