Draft at the brewery. Pours mostly clear gold with a creamy white head. The aroma holds damp grains and rotting citrus. Some citrusy hops in the flavor, pale bread, melon, tangerine, mild bitter pine. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with slight resins, citrus, pale grains. So so.

Draft at the brewery taproom. Pour deep reddish brown with a creamy top. There’s some citrus in the nose, bread, old pine. Medium bodied with notes of alcohol, faded pine and citrus rind, dusty pale malts. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Some earthy, rindy and piney hop impressions in the finish. But overall, rather poor.

Draught at Sonoma Springs. Almost clear amber liquid with minimal white head. Aroma of wood, vinegar, scotch, light lemon and grain. Taste is very light sweet, light bitter and light sour with notes of lemons, vinegar, wood and grain. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Ugh.
