Amber with a good off-white head. Aromas of citrus and caramel. Medium + body with foamy carbonation. Strong citrus hop flavor - suggestive of PtE for some reason. Finishes astringent and bitter. Excellent.

Wasn’t what I thought. Pours an opaque black with ruby hues and a nice, fluffy white head. Solid malty aroma, crackers, just a bit metallic. Flavor was full bodied and malty. Nose is a bit weak but the flavor is right on the money. Well crafted.

On tap at the brewhouse, called Sunshine Hef there. Again, fairly standard hef, deep yellow color, white head. Banana in the nose with some clove. Dry finish. Solid flavor, wheat, grass, yeasty.

Sampled at the brewhouse in Sonoma. What can you say? It’s a kolsch. Gold, fizzy white head. Grassy aroma, slight citrus kick. Flavor was a little maltier than expected. Dry finish.

Tap at Sonoma Wine Exchange. Pours hazy mild amber with a slight white head. Strong aromas of clove and banana. Medium body with slightly biting carbonation. Flavor is clovey banana and wheat. Flavors are fairly intense. Finishes with a hint of paper, otherwise the main flavors carry on through.
