Located in Gravenhurst Ontario, the gateway to Muskoka, Sawdust City Brewing Company is dedicated to the art and science of creating exceptional craft beers.

In addition to our year-round brands, we brew exceptional seasonal offerings, exciting limited batch brews, barrel-aged and experimental beers. Of course all of our beers are all-natural and made with only the finest ingredients. We don’t take ourselves too seriously as our labels express and hey, beer should be fun! A golden ipa with a thin lacing creamy white head. In aroma, crisp biscuit malt with resinous piney hops, grapefruit pulp, pleasant and smooth. In mouth, a nice crisp biscuit malt with resinous piney hops, light black pepper, light cereals, pleasant. On tap at 5e baron.

Can from the brewery. Clear dark copper under a large, lingering, dark beige cap. Nose is light grass under caramel, toast and some plum. Light+ molasses sweetness with a light grassy bitterness and a touch of spice. Mouth is medium+ and creamy with average carbonation and a warming finish.

Can from the brewery. Dark clear reddish copper with a one finger off white head that lingers. Nose is roasted malts, bread, light caramel and some plum. Light sweet malts with a light+ bitterness and a hint of spice in the finish. Mouth is medium with soft carbonation.

Can from the brewery. Hazy pale yellow with a large lingering white head. Nose is lime, light fruit and pepper with yeast. Light+ lime tartness with a balanced jalapeno spice and a hint of salt. Mouth is on the thin side with soft carbonation and a lightly tart finish.

Can from the brewery. Cloudy dark copper with a large cram coloured cap that produces some stringy lace. Nose is citrus, pine, fruit and roasted malts. Light sweet malt with a medium- resin and citrus peel bitterness. Mouth is medium and creamy with slightly soft carbonation. Part way to a Cascadian.

Can from the LCBO. Very dark pour with a small lingering khaki head. Dark chocolate, coffee, maple and vanilla, but obviously not natural, though definitely coffee crisp inspired. Sweet chocolate with a coffee bitterness. Mouth is medium creamy with soft carbonation.

Can from the LCBO. Very dark mahogany under a one finger foamy mocha head. Nose is dark chocolate, caramel, roasted nuts, soy sauce, vanilla and some light plums. Medium- caramel sweetness with a medium- dark chocolate and coffee bitterness. Mouth is full and creamy with soft carbonation. Quite sweet.
