Ciemnobrunatne praktycznie nieprzezroczyste piwo z solidną pianą. Aromat kawy i czekolady plus trochę ciasteczek owsianych. W smaku gorzka czekolada z kawą, obecne nuty palone. Dość aksamitne, w miarę gładkie w odbiorze

Slightly sour rhubarb on the nose. Full white head on a very effervescent light straw body. Taste profile smacks with green apples, sour lemon, rhubarb and raspberry. Sweet malt, tart finish and lots of bubbles to keep it from getting sticky.

Tap takeover at Brothers Beer Bistro in Ottawa. This is a unique piece of work! The nose is like a sour fruit punch. A medley of fresh fruity tastes lead the way, including sour cherries, berries, grapes and green apples. The sourness is pumped up by an underlying acidity. A slight woodiness adds to the party. Rich but clean and refreshing.

A well laced white head on a grapefruit juice coloured body. A punchy, clean saison with a nice range of taste elements. Banana, light hops, nutmeg and other spices on an appropriate slightly sweet malt base.

Tasted at a tap takeover and Brothers Beer Bistro. I’ve got nothing bad to say about this. There is just not enough going on here to warrant a return visit. The experience starts with a mild coffee and cream nose. A touch of sourness, mild coffee, cream and chocolate. An oatmeal-like density helps sustain what taste there is.

On thap at the Brothers Beer Bistro tap takeover. The Bourbon barrel aging is really what the Long Dark Voyage was missing - a big and special element. Hits the spot perfectly. The nose features the bourbon, molasses and dark chocolate. The taste is rich and boozie, with dark chocolate, bourbon, cream, toffee, sweet malt, dark berries and a touch of vanilla. Very smooth, dense and slightly sticky mouth feel. I’d steal from my neighbour’s glass to get more. OK, I did do that.

A fluffy tan head on a dense black body. The nose is chocolate, mild coffee and a tough of cream. A really nice balancing job on this IS. Moderately bitter coffee, cocao, dark berries and roasty malt work well together. The hops are there but a bit player. A smooth, rich mouth feel.

Sampled at Brothers Beer Bistro tap takeover. A thin white head on a dense, unfiltered, light caramel coloured body. A punchy fresh nose featuring grapefruit and orange zest. Big juicy hops are front and center, with grapefruit, orange and a splash of lemon leading the way. A backdrop of sweet malt and a touch of pepper in the background. Slick and dense with no sign of the big booze count.

big pine hop nose with a fluffy white head. Taste profile features very fresh hop elements, including pine resin, tropical fruit and citrus. A classic soft bready malt underneath. A solid balance. Very hoppy but not heavy or too astringent.
