This Imp stout poured a deep black colour with a deep brown coloured head. Nice lacing. Scents include dark roasted coffee, alcohol, black toast and Melloids cough drops. First swig was very bold flavoured with tastes of coffee, cocoa and burnt toast. Slightly sweet finish, with strong sweeter coffee flavours lingering.

This pale ale poured a hazy, medium dark yellow with a creamy, white head. Nice lacing. Scents include malt, a little cardboard, a little peppery hop and caramel. First swig was smooth and creamy with flavours of malt, caramel and hops. Finish is malty with light bitterness lingering.

This stout poured a deep black colour with a huge, deep brown, creamy head. Scents include… dark chocolate, black cherries, vanilla, coffee, leather, pipe tobacco and a little whiskey. First swig was thick, bold and creamy, with flavours of tobacco, cayenne pepper, vanilla, black cherries and cocoa. Wow… spicy. Finish is leather and spicy tobacco with vanilla also lingering.

This porter poured a deeper black colour with a creamy, brown head. Medium lacing. Scents include dark roast coffee, black toast, cocoa and caramel. First swig was delicious and creamy and slightly thinner... Flavours of cocoa, coffee, earth and toast. Finish is burnt almost like a stout with coffee and cocoa flavours lingering.

This milk stout poured a cloudy, light yellow colour with a creamy white head. Nice lacing. Scents include cinnamon, vanilla, creamsicle, flowers and perfume. First swig was a thin with a creamy mouthfeel and flavours of vanilla, cinnamon and cream. Finish is sweet with vanilla milkshake flavours lingering.

Can from the LCBO. Dark ruby, mahogany pour, with a medium beige head. Aroma is noble, and grassy, with a bready nutty malt bill. Clean and crisp mouth feel, solid carb. Medium bitter, nutty, light caramels, hints of hop. Nice stuff.

Typical rice lager, fizzy, yellow, faint cereals. Has a very herbal quality though. Bitterness is a medium, higher than expected. Its fine, hints of green tea? a bit odd....meh.

Quite toasty, dark brown pour, with a medium tan head. Caramel cereals, slightly bready, toasty, semi sweet. This is leaning towards dark toasty brown ale. Medium bitter. Not bad, but pretty robust for the style i think.

Hazy copper, with a large beige head. Aroma is thick bourbon, oak, vanilla, and cocoa powder with some spruce tips and sherry. Silky mouth feel, light carb, full mouth feel, medium to high bitterness. Semi sweet, slightly bozy, huge malts, toffee, and caramel, with big spruce and pine resins. Barrel is big, but not over powering. Oak and vanilla abound, hints of fig and cocoa powder.
