Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a smallish, rough, white head. Noble rot aroma paired with acetic and lactic acid. Light body, super tart fruitiness with an underlying woody note. Very dry and very sour. 200325

Bottle at home, koszi Panni! Pours opaque pink with no head. Nos is big raspberry, lacto sourness, an elegant bretty touch. Taste is moderately sour, fruity (berries all over), with a funky hint. Light body, average carbonation, super easy to drink (ofc).

Bottle at home, koszi Panni! Pours ruby with quickly disappearing head. Nose is funk, berries, lactic sourness. Taste is nice sourness, a touch of funk, a mineral hint, big fruity kick. The finish lasts long and shows fruity, funky and somewhat salty/mineral notes with a nice malty depth. Light bodied with soft to average carbo, refreshing. Yumy.

Bottle, cellared this one for a year or so. Pours copperish brown with beige head. Nose is big funk, woody notes, light acetic acid, a nice fruity character. Pretty layered and complex. Taste-wise it’s not as multidimensional, shows a shitton of acetic acid, it’s rather sour, with some additional notes of funky brett and stone fruits. Closes with long lasting sour finish, has light to medium body and soft to average carbonation. Promises a lot in aroma and doesnt deliver as much in taste, but still pretty tasty.

Bottle at home, courtesy of Nisse666. Pours ruby with a quickly dissipating head. Nose is intense blackcurrant, deep and jammy and lots of tannins, funk, leather and oak. Taste has less fruits and much more funk than the aroma, and also some leathery, earthy notes plus a hint of acetic acid perhaps. It’s heavily sour, and rather sharp in that, but not overwhelmingly so. Light to medium bodied with a soft to average carbonation. Solid.
