Description
The brewery produces around 8000 hectolitres per year, not only of its own brands of beer, but also of contract-brewed beers. The challenge for the future is a commercial one that will require the development of our key products.More than ever, we wish to emphasize our authenticity, the Belgian craftsmanship, and the character of our beers. We assert our status as traditional brewers. For these reasons, we have invested in the branding of our products, our website and our communication.

Hazy amber color. Some malt aroma. Light malt taste, some sugars, kinda bière de table. Drinkable but simple. Low bitterness.

Bottled. Cloudy, pinkish-orange beer with a small, off-white head. Raspberry-candy aroma and flavor, and the flavor also has sugar. Sticky mouthfeel and a sweet finish. Not my favourite fruitbeer. (060908)

Nose of dark raisins, spices, and plums, slightly hazy amber with a big, long-lasting, glass lacing, beige head; flavor a little sweet, with raisins and banana esters evident, to go with some caramel malt.

(Bottle at Delirium Cafe in Gothenburg) A bit shady orange color, white head. Typical Belgian ale scnet with a wheat beer twist. Boring taste, a bit sweet. Low bitterness.

Ruby, large pink head.Nice raspberry nose.Decent rasperry taste, both sweet and tart at the same time. Obviously I think it is better than most do.

Bottled. Reddish brown, slightly hazy, with a beige head. Disappointing aroma and flavor of citrus and dish-washing soap, but definately bad, just one-dimentional and disappointing. Some sweetness too in the flavor. Medium body and a mostly citrus-like finish. Guess I expected something else from this one. (060704)

Bottled. It volcanoed out of the bottle. Sparkling, orange, and with lots of small floaties. Creamy, off-white head. Aroma of yeast, fruit, spices, sweetness and honey. Fruity flavor with some alcohol, spices, sugar and hops. Lightly warming, and a sticky, full body. Long, sweet finish, with hops and spices. Nice beer, but a bit too sweet. (060701)

Bottled. Slightly hazy, well-carbonating golden brew with a dense, creamy off-white head, leaving nice lacings. Black-currant, citrus, banana, yeast, dried fruits and candi in the aroma. Quite hoppy flavor, with lemon, orange-peel and candi. Fizzy mouthfeel. Long hoppy finish, with citrus as well. Nice! (060626)
