Collective Arts Brewing is a grassroots craft brewery that aims to fuse the creativity of craft beer with the inspired talents of emerging artists and musicians. Collective Arts Brewing was founded on two beliefs: The first that creativity fosters creativity. And the second, that creativity yields delicious pints. We feature limited-edition works of art on our beer cans and labels, and we work to make sure the liquid on the inside is as diverse and creative as the artists we profile. Our brewery is located in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. This is where we brew everything from our flagship IPA Ransack the Universe to our World Beer Cup-winning Stranger than Fiction porter. In our taproom we pour up to 10 different beers at one time, samples and flights, we host brewery tours and live entertainment weekly. 473ml can. Dorée, col blanc. Arôme au nez céréales, grains, rétro fruité un peu fermenté et un effet minéral de Gose assez minimaliste. Palais présente une haute effervescence avec un caractère fruité marquée virant sur le tropical - papaye et une rondeur de froment. Effet minéral modéré, le côté salin passe quasi inaperçu, petite touche citrique sur la fin avec un fini épais presque farineux. Note aigrelette est moyenne, le tout manque juste un peu de corps, mais la cannette semble ne plus être de première fraicheur avec une importation via l’Espagne assez récente, et une date de cannette montrant un 2016.

This IPA poured a cloudy light yellow with a bright white, soapy head. Scents include citrus, cooked veggies and veggies and hay. First swig was smooth and tasty with flavours of lemongrass and honey. Finish is medium bitter with hops lingering. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can from LCBO at parents’ in Ottawa. Hazy orange copper pour with slightly sticky white head. Aroma is dank and resinous with citrus zest and stone fruit - nicely deep (simcoe?). Taste is deep pine resin with some fruity citrus and enough malt to balance without being too sweet. Lasting resin bitterness with some boozy warmth. Really nice DIPA - glad to see Collective Arts trying this style too. Would definitely get again.

Pours a slightly hazy golden yellow, with massive head. Aroma is grassy, with some onion, some hops. Flavor has some citrus elements, some tropical fruit. a lot of bitterness, just a slight touch of sweetness. Not bad, cut not really my thing, either.

Caña en el lupulo 02..04..2017 ..prueba.. Color amarillento con espuma blanca. Amarga seca y toques citricos. Cuerpo ligero fácil de beber. Refrescante y ligera. Normal.

Can sample at a tasting at Lior D’s place. Thanks Tom L. Cloudy deep golden with an off-white head. Nice fruity hops aroma, tropical, with a bit of malt. Flavor has some sweetish malt, and nice moderately bitter fruity hops. Medium-bodied.

Can: Poured a cloudy amber color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of fresh floral citrusy notes with light tropical notes and some residual sugar note are also noticeable. Taste is also a mix of light tropical notes with fresh juicy citrusy notes and some residual sugar notes. Body is full with good carbonation. Very enjoyable thought maybe a tad too sweet.

473ml can, canned 15/06/2016. Dorée sur un léger voile, col épais crémeux quasi jaunâtre tenace. Arôme au nez bien houblonné, agrumes, pin et pas mal de résineux. Malt avec une petite résonance de chocolaté ainsi que qcq effluves de pamplemousse. Palais est bien houblonné, agrumes avec un léger caractère assurant une base malté en lige avec le profil de cet APA. Cela indique un petit aspect biscuité voire malt crystal. Retrouve un fini presque de chocolat blanc, léger résineux. Je note encore une touche de pin, houblonné rappelant les houblons C, citronné presque mentholé. Balance des grains et houblons est convaincante laissant tout de même une part belle aux houblons.

473ml can. Pours a hazy orange with a large, fluffy, long lasting, white head that laces nicely. Sweet fruity aroma of mango, pineapple, orange, grapefruit and caramel with a biscuit malt backbone. Sweet flavour of pale malt, grapefruit, tangerine, orange, mango and pine resin with a crisp, hoppy, bitter grass finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Delicious.
