On tap @Sam Beer (Rome). Pesca giallona, leggermente opalescente, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Naso un po' spento, note erbacee ed agrumate, sapone. In bocca è equilibrata, con uno spunto amaro finale discreto. Corpo leggero, carbonazione media. Non brilla.
