Bottle, 72cl, at Jæren Ølfestival. A faintly hazy pale golden colored sake, still and headless, sort of oily. Very fruity aroma, tropical fruityness, lychee, strawberry and a touch of melon. It’s full-bodied, fruity-sweet and with a touch of fruity sourness. Tropical fruit, strawberry, lychee and a faint rice touch in the flavor too, some melon, cucumber and a citrusy hint. Lasting fruity finish. Really nice this one, mostly on the fruity side, with little focus on the rice. 220813

Nice. Soft and wheaty, light spice and herb. Nice!

Not the best. Ginger spiciness. Something unusual. Quite thin.

Nice. Malty Irish feel. Soft and gentle.

Maybe it’s got a bit warm and flat but quite soft. Sansho is subtle.

Quite sour! Touch of fruit but more of that Berliner wheat thing in the background after the sourness. Nice!

Tap at Osaka BeerFes 2022. Rich caramel, herbal hops, cherry, nuts. Amber colored. Smooth and tasty, with a dry, bitter finish. Nice but not all that special.
