16 oz. can, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is full of spicy Czech hops, some grass and crisp crackery malt. Flavour is surprisingly authentic, with those spicy, grassy, Czech hops providing a wonderful biting bitterness, backed by a crisp crackery malt backbone. Authentic and reminds me of sipping these a few months ago in Prague. Excellent stuff - well-done.

Tasting at Brian's, can
Cloudy pale blond colour. Very nice aroma, a bit dank, citrus peel. Dry mouthfeel, lean, delicate blend of malt and zesty hops, clean, with some salt in the finish.
Nice.

16 oz. can, pours a hazy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma is along the same lines, with cereal grains, citrus hops, and some floral notes. Flavour is along the same lines, with crisp citrus hops, crisp crackery malt, and cereal grains. Crisp and nicely biting. Solid.

Can. Slight haze, blonde. No head. On the nose, Earthy dank hop aroma, and it's got a nice pale malt character. It's definitely dry, lots of dank hops, but this lack of malt character, and there's a bit of fruitiness, and that creates nice nuance. The dryness isn't ideal for me, but they've done a good job trying to make it work.

500 mL bottle poured, picked up at Hop and Hound. Really couldn't resist picking up this bottle. Love the brewery, love the style, love peach. This can't go wrong! I was worried for a minute though. This bottle kinda exploded when I opened it. With quick hands, I only lost a little. A glowing golden orange pour, high carb, and an active fizz head that surprisingly lasts. Interesting appearance to this beer, as it is a snowglobe of peach pulp. Awesome! So many of their IPA's that are themed after no fruit harmed, I'd have a tough time believing it if they said that was the case in this one. Extremely tart peach front and finish, which I love. Intense sour orange fruit aroma. An extremely well done sour here, and done very much to my liking. Can't wait to see what else is in store for this series, but this beer will be very hard to top. God damn this beer is good.

Can with illegible date, drunk 8/3/17.
Moderately-to-heavily hazy, peach-tan. Large, off-white head showing great retention.
Pretty much spot-on mango-lime mix of yeast and fruity-juicy hop. Leafy, light, green pine without too much resin. Smells very much like Mystic; lots of "sweet", heavily fruity yeast and pine-accented, fruity hops. Tons of bubble gum emerges with warming, carrying through to the very fruity, resin and alcohol-free finish.
In the mouth it's soft and sweet with tons of bubble gum, mango and light pine. Kind of more C-hoppy than necessary for the "style" adding lots of pine and orange, although it's low on resin and still not very bitter. The problem is, it's just all yeast and malt for it's sweetness, with no juiciness or tropical fruit from the hops. Soft, "thick" texture with engaging carbonation.

16 oz can poured, picked up at Chuck's. Cool to see this style brewed from some guys that have proven they can make more than just incredible IPAs. Plus a mild ale is harder to find in my local than most other places in the world. A nice, dark red tinted brown pour with a dense tan foam head. Really interesting heavy roast aroma. Nice dark malts. Full of flavor. Dark, toasty malts, touches of a dusty chocolate taste. Like a thinner dry stout flavor. A bit of a nutty finish. Good beer here.

Can. Dullish amber, hazy, thin head. The aroma is a bit of a generic hop, and I don't know if I'm getting much hash brown character. On the palate, a mild bitterness, light citrusy hop. Again, not sure I get hash brown. Ends up as an ok IPA, but lacking in brightness.
