Hazy, straw. Thin head. Sort of a grassy, cabbagey aroma...a bit intense on the sulphur. It has a modest bitterness, fairly generic sweet malts, with a light, green, slightly sulphury hop note. Ok, some good elements, but also a little sloppy.

16 oz can poured, picked up at Special Brews. A really refreshing pils here. Really enjoyable brew. Golden pour, has plenty of haze to it, making it a bit unique within the style. Some straw and biscuit like malt aroma. Thicker body to this pils, some sweet-ish grains, cracker grain, a lemon like hint in the finish. It's cool on the taste. Solid offering when you just want to crush a cold, tasty brew.

On tap in PDX. Pours a cloudy yellow color with a medium white head. A big husky bready funk nose. Sweet lemons, soft, bready, light citrus. Very good.

16 oz can poured, enjoyed at Special Brews. A strange haze here. Unique golden orange pour that could double as a snow globe. Tons of dusty sediment. Oily fizz head. Really interesting IPA here. Has an odd sweetness. Maybe my first advertised potato beer? I swear I taste them. Rich malt, earthy hop bitter background. I love the unique ideas from these guys like this one, and love the "why not?" mentality. Not bad.

16 oz can. Aroma is grassy, chalky, lemony, biscuity. Pours lightly hazy golden with a two finger off-white head with great retention. Taste is a little sweet, moderately bitter. A tad thin. Not bad.

16 oz can from Bottleworks. Aroma is corny, grainy, chalky candy, lemon. Pours slightly hazy golden with a one finger white head with decent retention. Taste is kind of sweet, finishing just a tad dry. Not thin like your average cerveza. It actually has a perfect mouthfeel. A lot of the same characteristics that a traditional Mexican macro has, but this just feels more well made and better all around.

16 oz can poured, picked up at Special Brews. A mostly clean, burnt golden orange pour. Definitely has the British IPA look to it, when comparing to the last dozen or so IPA's I've had from these guys. Quite the change in pace. Plenty of bready malt. Really malty IPA overall. A touch sweet, but mostly bold in flavor. Aroma matches, with a soft orange peel like character. Late lingering toasty malt. A smooth and flavorful IPA here. Again, a unique offering from these guys. A fun brew here.

16 oz can poured. Quite the eye catching can here. Expectations of a tropical juice bomb, and they delivered. A hazy golden yellow pour with a cream foam head. First sip is a juicy peach pineapple juice. I read the can and saw the abv, and honestly thought it was misprint. Part of me still feels that way. There is just no way this beer is that strong. It is way too smooth and easy to drink. Cool, vanilla cream. This really nails the milkshake style, if such style does or ever does exist. Tropical orange fruit juice just seems to linger forever. I feel like I could just crush a whole 4pack of this, but I guess I probably shouldn't. Bummed I missed the original POG recipe now. This is incredible.

16 oz. can. Flavor is candied oranges, sweet grain, pulpy mango, old peach skins. Overall, it is entirely to sweet. Where are the hops? "New England IPA"?? TOOOO sweet, not enough juice, no balance. Nope.

16 oz can. Aroma is biscuity, earthy, citrus, tropical fruit salad, peppery, bordering on damp nasty socks. Pours hazy golden with a thick white head with great retention. Taste is lightly bitter, moderately sweet, a tad dry, but by no means drier than any other kind of IPA. Not sure why this is “brut,” but it tastes good.
