Can from Bottle.& Stoat, Southampton. Clear gold. Thick yet delicate appearing foamy white head. Aroma has chewy malts with a sour and onion edge. Light fruit hints. Flavourwise it's got a delicate sugary fruit sweetness with a light-medium bitter streak (resinous, fried onions). Develops a citrus sour edge. Underlying chunky malts. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Buoyant soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Enjoyable delicate Pale.

Can from Against The Grain. Dark brown body with a thick tan head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of prune and Worcestershire sauce. Flavour of umami and caramel. Medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Fruity and tangy - almost like a barley wine crossed with an imperial stout.

Can. Just a light haze on this gold, decent pale cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, bordering on thin, a light creamy sweetness and, a tiny bit of natural grain. Anchovy and Mosaic sitting well together. Light pine, nibbly hop spice. Lemon up front, layered candy fruits, touches of red berries, watermelon and, the normal Mosaic candy fruits. Light crisp finish leaves a mild hop spice linger. Different and drinkable.

Can from Against The Grain. Clear golden body with an off-white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of flower petals, grass and waxed lemon. Flavour of papery malt and a bitter, pithy finish. Medium body with a slick mouthfeel. Light fizz. Pithy and papery. It’s fine but not one of Elusive’s best.
