Bottle. Just slightly cloudy pale yellow with a massive white head. Aroma of herbs, grains, grass, lemons, and a little whiff of pineapple. Taste of grains, grass, bread, lemons, herbs (including mints) and minerals. Rather strong grainy bitterness. Medium to strong carbonation. Very balanced while being quite North German in its bitterness and dryness. Lovely.

Bottle. Dark slightly cloudy gold with a decent white head. Aroma of grass, floral hops and lemons. Taste of grass, grains, lemons and mnerals with some mild spiciness. Dry finish. Moderate grainy bitterness. Medium carbonation. Very balanced and very süffig. Very nice. Bonus points for the label design. I‘ll be seeing you again (I‘ll be seing you in hell).

Bottle. Clear dark orange with an ok white head. Aroma of stone fruits, lemons and floral hops. Taste of stone fruits, lemons, some bananas, wheat, yeast, honey and grains. Dry finish. Strong bitterness. Medium to strong carbonation. Good.

Bottle. Slightly cloudy dark orange sporting a proper white head. Aroma of marmelade and stone fruits. Taste of malts, marmelade, grains, stone fruits and lemons. A very dry finish. Moderate bitterness. Medium carbonation. Super süffig and very nice. Ox played a big part in developing my interest in cooking and honing my skills so I’m glad they got the proper beer they deserve.

Bottle. Cloudy/sludgy orange with a small white head. Aroma of mango puree, booze and the forgotten corners of your basement. Taste of mangos, marmelade, tangerines, habaneros and alcohol. Just a little bit of heat. Low bitterness. Low to medium carbonation. It really works (especcially paired with some Curry) but I wouldn’t consider it essential drinking.
