Beaucoup d’orange amère et de pamplemousse blanc (pulpe) nous envahissent... Elle est légèrement astringente en finale mais plus tempérée, elle est bien mise en valeur, notamment par les fruits et le caramel. Bonne bière!

After having the PEI Raspberry sour... why not have this one to compare. Same red-pink colour, hazy with a stronger pinkish soapy head, big, with decent stay and lots of soapy lacing. The aromas smell more on the yeasty side of things. The raspberries are in the background of these wet socks, sour notes. The taste is less sour, but also the fruit is milder. Watered-down with the yeast staying. Not really good, so the PEI Raspberry Sour is much better.

Lightly hazy, golden-yellow colour with a big frothy white head, good stay and some foamy lacing. Fresh grassy hop aromas and mild sweet yeast. The taste is milder, so lager works here, with some decent hops. Refreshing pilsner, with some fruitiness from the wheat with nicely balanced light hops. This works.

Testée à l'aéroport de Montréal chez Archibald. Robe blonde dorée et transparente. En bouche, une bière fraîche et parfumée bien dans la tradition des west coast IPA.

Testée à l'aéroport de Montréal chez Archibald. Belle robe noire et mousse café crémeuse. En bouche, veloutée, café, crème de marrons, notes d'olive, aqueuse car pas très forte mais quand même intéressant et pas trop sucrée.
