Trübe dunkelgoldene Farbe, schöne stabile weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig fruchtig, leicht phenolich, gering würzig. Geschmack angenehm fruchtig, Karamell, dann reife Früchte, leicht phenolisch, geringe Würze, ok!

Hell hefiger Antrunk mit deutlicher Herbe. Dunkler im Mittelteil, sowohl die Herbe als auch die Malzigkeit. Süffig, wenig intensiv. 11/8/8/8/9/8

50cl. Thanks to Mirko. Mild-süffiger Antrunk, leicht herb. Der Hauptteil ist mild-weich, leicht süßlich. Auf der Zunge bleibt eine mild-weiche und leicht süßliche Note. --> leckeres Helles!! 13/13/13/13

Hell malziger und hopfiger Antrunk. Rund, würzig hell, der Alkohol ist leicht erkennbar. Ausgewogen, süffig, gelungen. Für einen hellen Doppelbock nicht schlecht. 11/11/11/12/13/12

Bottle. Cloudy orange-brown, offwhite head. Roast and herb aroma (junipers). Burned sugar/caramel, chocolate notes, good light citric grassy hop balance. Chewy medium body. Chocolate aftertaste, hops retronasal. Somewhere between a Fullbodied dunkel and a Alt, quite nice.
