Bottle part of picked up from Landbierparadis, webshop, Nürnberg and comsumed at home Thursday 12th Januar 2023 listening to Marc Riley on 6 Music we're cooking Spätzle. Pours clear warm gold/orange with a white head. Pleasant mouthfeel, some initial sweetness, a little cereal and light syrup. Big maltiness and it's a little dry at the end despite the sweetness it's a well balanced beer, good.

Clear blond colour, white foam. Sweet, malty, crispy, some honey notes. Very well balanced, warming but also refreshing. Great Doppelbock!

Dorn's Röschen, Fläschchen vom Landbierparadies24. - Goldgelb, klar. Fläschla (0.33l): Clear, copper coloured, slowly collapsing creamy off-white head, clean sweetish dark-malty to toasty nose, a bit bready too, low bitterness underneath; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, nearly medium-bodied; lingering sweet caramelly finish with a pleasant balancing bitterness late in the aftertaste. A well-made and clean brew…

500ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish, golden colour with huge, creamy, slowly osteoporosing but widely persistent, minimally lacing, off-white head. Intense, yeasty fruity and yeasty spicy aroma, slightly bready, wheaty malty background, notes of banana and clove, some pear, hints of mustard seed, sage, orange peel, mandarine. Taste is sweet-ish, wheaty malty, yeasty fruity and yeasty spicy, notes of overripe pear, banana, clove, a touch of orange peel, sage, a very cautious touch of nutmeg, floral honey. Watery texture, dry palate, medium, prickly to lively carbonation. Rich and intense, harmonious, not too sweet, quite spicy - very enjoyable.
