Golden color, good white head. Malty and herbal hoppy aroma. Flavor is malty, hints of yeast and hops, medium body. Hoppiness continues in the long aftertaste.

Bottle, many thanks to Quack-Duck. Pale yellow color with medium white head. Grainy, malty aroma. Malty taste with nice bitter hops. Aromatic, bitter finish. Refreshing beer.

Bottle, danke Günther. Amber, busy bubbles, low offwhite foam. Surprisingly spicy aroma - allspice and nutmeg notes, light orangepeel. Herbal hops, bready malt, very slight lightstruck notes. Chewy fullbodied, spicy finish. One to try fresh again.

Bottle(thanx to Štěpan!):ambercoloured, a bit unclear, stable mid-sized foamy layer with a little lace, not reslly sweet malty-caramelly nose with a tinge of coffee; moderate (almost a bit dryish) sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, quite soft; shorter malty finish, some mild bitterness detectable. Bottle, many thanks to Quack-Duck. Hazy golden color with huge long lasting white head. Aroma of banana, wheat, earthy hints. Taste, wheat, malt, yeast and banana. Bittersweet finish. Easy drinkable beer.

(bottle) slightly hazy, amber colour with a medium-sized off-white foamy head. Slightly dusty, toast-malty and mildly nutty aroma with notes of caramel and shy hoppy spice. Mild sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Toasty malty base with caramel and slightly nutty notes and shy traces of chocolate in the background, which are also detectable in the bitter-sweet and moderately toast-malty finish. Getreidig-hopfiger Antrunk, mild, sehr leicht würzig. Herb-süßlicher Mittelteil, weiter getreidig, wenig frisch. Der süffige Getreideton ist auch im Abgang führend, die untertönige herbe Note wird deutlich stärker und tritt in den Vordergrund. Die Würzigkeit ist etwas muffig, dennoch ein angenehmes, aber etwas langweiliges Bier. Test vom 26.1.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 5,8,9,8,8,8 - 7,85

Bottle: Golden coloured, big beaten egg-white-like head; malty-hoppy nose with a metallic tinge; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, a bit tart, light bodied, almost sticky; bitter-sweet finish. Good, but not very impressive..........

Bottle: Golden coloured, mid-sized, quite stable white head; honey and sweet barley in the nose, supported by a delicate herbal hoppy aroma; mainly sweet flavour, medium to full bodied; sweet-malty finish with a faint bitter-hoppy aftertaste. A very decent, well rounded Doppelbock.....
