16 ounce can from Hamilton Super BuyRite. Hazy yellow gold pour. Dense, towering white head leaves classic lacing. Aromas of sweet fruit, vanilla and lime zest. Flavor upfront is tropical fruit, vanilla, cracked black peppercorns and lime pith. Wonderfully creamy mouthfeel. Vanilla and lactose flavors are present throughout. Soft, bitter finish. Well done.

Can. Opaque dark brown beer, good bubbly tan head. Airy smooth palate, getting on for semi dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Somewhat light bodied dark malts for a beer of this stature. A kind of Kernel style dark oaty malts flavour with a mild dark malt cream. Coconut rides alongside everything and vanilla keeps the dark malt aspects from getting anywhere near bitter territory. A light finish. Tidy but quite disappointing. It's Tired Hands so naturally, expectations are high. The reality is a decent pasty affair, a little too light bodied for me and, no super brewer wow factor whatsoever.
