Can. Color: Very hazy orange, white head. Aroma: Hoppy, tropical fruit, dank. Taste: Hoppy, grassy, dank notes, fruity grapefruit, orange, some melon and white grape. Nice amount of bitterness at the dry-ish finish. Hints of onion. Smooth and dense malty base. Over medium body, average carbonation. Over moderate going to over medium bitterness at the finish. Over moderate sweetness, hints of honey. Very nice one.

Honey makes things a little different. Almost puts a extra bitter slide to this. Hazy golden pour with ok head. Nelson and lemon, grapefruit, pine. Bitter end. Nice stuff. 88888

Mostly sour lime. Not crispy at all. Citrus hops kind of went haywire here. Clear golden pour. Can.74445

12oz bottle drunk 8/17/25.
Dark, clear, small, light tan head quickly to edge.
The Stagg is round, soft, spicy and juicy with brown sugar and black pepper. No booze but lots of vanilla.
Biscuit, toast and vanilla with light roast and a pretty light body. Big bourbon and no issues there, but the body is just a bit thin for the abv. Very dry, with toast and roast. I don't need a syrupy, monster body, but this is just too light. It exposes the roast and tannin. Beany at points.

Cans from the Fermenteria: hazy with white head. Aroma is very piney, grapefruit, hint of berries. Taste is fairly dry and bitter. Fruity touch at the front but that gets overtaken by the bitterness. Lingering aftertaste. Chinook single hop I suppose.

Lot of coconut and lime. Creamy. Could be better, though, could be worse. I’m beat after leg day, followed by two hours of hockey this morning.

Look what the (weather) cat dragged in, it’s The Ghost!
He’s back and better than ever!

Nice old school IPA beer

Long day, following our elimination from hockey last night. Long two days, really.
