Area Four draught, 2/7/26.
Light lemony acidity with proper Sacch character adding pear and black pepper. Bit of herbal hop character with rustic grain. No crude esters or phenols and even the fruitiness is nicely restrained.
Lemony and with fantastic Sacch character and a touch of gentle, fruity Brett. Chewy, malty, dry. Balanced and refreshing. Lingering honey, black pepper and a touch of hop adding bitter herb and light lilac. Pretty exceptional fermentation character which makes or breaks a Saison.

Thanks Drew!
Can to tulip.
Appearance: burnt orange haziness with a two and a half fingers of white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: lemons, pears and sweet grassy hop tones meshing with each other very nicely, clean malts underneath
Flavor: bittersweet juicy hoppiness combining all the prior noted aromas together, super light oat sweetness then leading into a sly aftertaste of citrusy hop tones
Texture: medium bodied, between being sessionable and being a sipper, silky smooth along the tongue; finishes very juicy
Overall: now that certainly is some hop juice! Absolutely lovely!
Thanks Drew!

On tap at House Of Beer Dunedin. Pours a near clear gold with an orange hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a combination of light citrus and rind with some grass and a hint of pine coming through. Flavor has a light citrus and grass note with growing pine and a light grains backbone.

US Pint can from Benny’s place, Kuala Lumpur. Poured almost black in colour with a thin, broken tan head. The aroma is roasty, peanut butter. The flavour is moderate sweet, liquorice bitter, with a smooth, roasty, light herbal, nutty, chocolate, liquorice bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

12 oz can. Aroma has fragrant lime and grass. Flavor is bittersweet citrus. Grapefruit, lime, lemon peel. Medium mouthfeel. Biscuit malt base supports the generous hop profile. Reminds me of some of the hop what I have tried in the last couple of years. The best non-alcoholic I’ve ever had.

Can to becher pint glass.
Appearance: burnt orange color with a three finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some messy lace
Aroma: citrusy to piney hops, some grapefruity hops with subtle grassy hop tones, clean biscuity malts
Flavor: takes all the prior mentioned aromas to blend at first fairly bitter but had to let this one warm up a bit more before it became bittersweet; grassy to piney aftertaste
Texture: light to medium bodied, some sessionability, some astringency; finishes fairly dry through piney and citrusy qualities
Overall: not a bad APA or I guess NEPA if that js what this was supposed to be. Maybe I'd come back to this.

16 oz can. Aroma has ash, roasted malt, pine. Flavor has soft resinous pine and light citrus against a light char, roasty chocolate maltiness. Personally, for me, this is a wonderful interpretation of the style. The pine is here with mild resin yet it works with the char and chocolate. Love it!

Murky peach with a large soapy white head that faded quickly. Tanfy and sweet with tropical fruit, orange juice, vanilla and faint spice. Long finish. Moderately full bodied
