Nose is funk, herb, tarte citric shreds, vinous, damp oak.
Taste comprises green berry skins, tangy fruit esters, barnyard, light acidic bimble, damp oak, herb, lime leaf.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light puckering spike.
Tidy Gose.

30/9/2025. Bottle shared by SHIG, cheers! Hazed pour, small head. Aroma is citrusy, lemon, funky, yeasty, herbal, woody, twiggy. Nice drying citric sours, some tart berry, mellow bitters and sweetness, slight salty notes. Well done.

Body is average, with limited carbonation, nice astringency, and a little oily. Taste is markedly sour, a little bitter. Final is fairly long for a sour, with persistent astringency.

Panda, courtesy of SHIG, pours with a clear copper colored body that supports a thin off white head. The aroma offers up floral notes, soured citrus, a bit of wood and vinegar. The taste delivers citrus to lychee to vinegar tartness remaining somewhat restrained as slivers of wood and floral notes have room to breath. Easy drinking. Nice.

Il gusto al naso propende per l'orzo tostato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di apparenza velata. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è poco incisivo. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Il tetto della bocca porta note di miele, caramello, biscotto, frutta secca, agrumi e affumicato.
