Tap at Birrai Eretici, in Bologna, Italy. Pours loaded gold, scarcely transparent, with no foam. Aroma is fruity, vinous, apricot. Body is average, with weak carbonation and some astringency. Taste is medium sour, a little sweet. Final is fairly long, astringent.

Il naso viene catturato dallo speziato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta nuvoloso. Il colore è ambrato carico tendente marrone. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è pronunciato, con sour pungente. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul tetto della bocca si fermano sentori di miele, frutta secca, agrumi, spezie, zucca, chiodi di garofano, frutto della passione, frutta tropicale, gesso, pipì di gatto, cuoio, foglie e rabarbaro.

Nose is cardamom and orangey, taste is mostly cardamom. Strong body and sourness, it was quite the difficult drink to finish. Vanilla notes and orange peel oils on the finish.

Tap at 100 pív, for the Maktoob tap takeover. Murky orange-brown body, didn't note a head. Smooth aroma, cardamom, cloves, not much orange. Spicy taste, cardamom-driven, citric acid touches, smooth, lean, not perfect, but it's kinda nice.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours reddish brown, fairly clear, with moderate fine foam, whitish. Aroma is dominated by the balsamic of star anice, with a little malty behind. Body gives a nice mouthful, with little carbonation and marked astringency. Taste is aggressively sour, continuing also in the final.
