Pours a clear gold, basically no head. Aroma is farmhouse funk, white wine vinegar. Medium body. Flavour is sweet and sour, complex grape notes, sweet vinous finish. Nice, I prefer the baccabianca but this is also delicious.

Can at Ca del Brado. Pours a light amber with lots of frothy head. Aroma is spiced, malty. Flavour is malty, rich, sweet, spiced. A lovely complex spicy flavour, especially in the finish. Good stuff!
