Excited to try a new IGA from Ca' del Brado! Pours a lovely dark red, aroma is vinous, fruity, and rich. Flavour is sweet, lots of grape character, vinous finish. Lovely stuff - a great addition to the IGA lineup.

33cl can from AbeerVinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours slightly opaque gold, scarcely transparent, with scarce foam. Aroma is funky and herbaceous. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium sour, funky, with a herbaceous final.

33cl can from AbeerVinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours opaque blonde, with no foam. Aroma is citrus, with some peppery feeling and earthy funkiness. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is nicely sour, with a final dryness.

A golden amber lambic with a very thin off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with ground cherries, Brett, light horse blanket, light Epsom salts, very nice. In mouth, a nice tart mix of ground cherry, light horse blanket, light Epsom salts, very nice and complex. On tap at Ol La Cabina. 1200 yen.

A: clear yellow, thin, white head.
A: ginger, lime zest, mandarin, gooseberry.
T: sour lime, bitter ginger, wheat.
F: soft peppery hops, spicy ginger, tart lime.
P: medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation.
Tricky to pack that much flavour in a session beer, but it works.

On tap @ ChiareScure Festival, Milano 2021. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di sour, vomitino e pipì di gatto. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido è di aspetto opalescente. Il colore è giallo ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è contenuto e c'è anche una componente pesantemente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, un accenno di resinoso, agrumi, pompelmo rosa, arancia rossa, albicocca, mandarino, mango, pipì di gatto, cuoio, lampone, ciliegia e acetoso.

On tap @ BBF Brianza Beer Festival, Cascina Costa Alta - Biassono 2023. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dal fruttato. La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore resiste poco. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è nella media e c'è anche una componente leggermente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, un accenno di resinoso, agrumi, arancia amara, mandarino, erbe aromatiche, frutta passita, formaggi, banana, prugna, ciliegia, bruciato, zolfo e salsa di soia.

Bottle from BiervanEijk, Frederiksoord. Aroma is peachy with nectarine, some funk, fruits. More ripe peach. Flavour is mildly sour with a hint of sweetness. Medium body. Quite elegant.

Bottle from BiervanEijk, Frederiksoord. Nicely funky aroma with lots of cherries, wood. Tart red fruit. Dry with a hint of sweetness, medium body. Very nice.

Bottle from BiervanEijk, Frederiksoord. Very spicy and peppery with hot chili, fruity notes, citrus, pale malt, stone fruit, some peach, tart fruit. Touch of funk. Flavour is a bit tart with a potent chili burn. Body is medium. Lots of chili burn all around, this is one for the chili lovers.
